To be sure your chocolates arrive in pristine condition, all orders are shipped using UPS for weekday delivery only unless you request Saturday delivery at an additional cost.
Orders will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. Orders received on Thursday will be held and processed the following Monday to prevent your chocolates from sitting in a shipping warehouse over the weekend (unless Saturday delivery is requested).
Always during the summer months or when shipping to a warm climate at any time of the year, special cooling materials will be used to protect your chocolates. An additional handling charge of $10.00 will be added as necessary for cooling materials for all standard orders. Large Orders that require more than one box to ship may be subject to additional fees for cooling materials.
Orders consisting of deliveries to more than one shipping address will be charged at the standard shipping rates per address shipped (including charges for cooling materials, etc. when necessary).
All orders are shipped from central Connecticut.
Sales Tax
Sales Tax will be added to any order shipped to an address in Connecticut.
UPSŪ is our preferred shipping vendor. All of our shipping vendors only deliver on business days, unless Saturday delivery is specified (see above for additional charges). Our shipping vendors may require a signature for delivery at the discretion of the driver. Deliveries to businesses occur between 9 am and 5 pm and deliveries to residences occur between 9 am and 7 pm.
